01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the MaxBet platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and MaxBet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all areas of the MaxBet platform including the casino, live casino, slot games, bingo, game lobby, sports betting and any promotions or VIP rewards offered from time to time. Additional specific rules may apply to certain games or promotions and will be communicated clearly at the relevant point of play or offer.

02 Eligibility

The MaxBet platform is available exclusively to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. MaxBet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the MaxBet platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have voluntarily closed your account.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable rules governing your personal situation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or wagering.
• Employees of MaxBet and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the MaxBet platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same device or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. MaxBet will not be liable for any issues — including missed communications or payment delays — arising from inaccurate account information.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact MaxBet support immediately.
• MaxBet may ask you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC or passport.
• Accounts showing suspicious login patterns may be temporarily locked pending security review.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

All transactions on MaxBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage — the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account balance, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the amount processed to your chosen payment channel.

MaxBet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit cards linked to Pakistan bank accounts. The availability of specific channels may vary from time to time and any temporary changes will be communicated via the platform.

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500 (unless otherwise stated for a specific payment channel).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, to maintain account security.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to three working days.
• MaxBet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — MaxBet has no control over third-party fees.
• Before your first withdrawal, identity verification may be required. This is a one-time process and helps protect your account from unauthorised withdrawal requests.
• MaxBet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in line with responsible gaming and security obligations.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

MaxBet offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration and met any qualifying deposit requirements stated in the offer.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.
• Bonus funds are credited in PKR and may carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of the qualifying period.
• MaxBet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in place at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• MaxBet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering patterns designed to satisfy requirements without genuine play risk, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

06 VIP Programme

MaxBet's VIP programme has three tiers — Silver, Gold and Platinum — based on weekly wagering activity across the entire platform. Tier status is reviewed at the end of each calendar week based on total PKR staked during that week across all game types, including casino, live casino, slots, bingo and sports betting.

• Silver tier: 5% weekly cashback on net losses during the qualifying week.
• Gold tier: 10% weekly cashback, plus priority processing on JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals.
• Platinum tier: 15% weekly cashback, priority withdrawals and access to dedicated account support.
• Cashback is credited as real money with no additional wagering requirement attached.
• VIP tier thresholds are set by MaxBet and may be adjusted from time to time. Current thresholds are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.
• Tier status is not permanent. A player who does not meet the qualifying wagering threshold in a given week may be placed on a lower tier in the following week.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another player.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the MaxBet platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo and table games — are powered by certified game providers. Random number generation (RNG) used in digital games is independently certified to ensure outcomes are fair and unpredictable.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical random events (card draws, roulette spins) conducted by trained dealers in professional studios.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be voided and any stake placed during that round will be returned to your account balance.
• Game rules specific to each title — including bonus trigger conditions, maximum win caps and free spin terms — are accessible within each game interface.
• MaxBet reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, game glitch abuse or collusion.

08 Sports Betting

MaxBet offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on a range of sports, with primary coverage of cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments, as well as football and esports markets.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's real-time feed. MaxBet will not be liable for bets that are voided due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or shortened (in the case of cricket, a rain-affected match with revised targets) will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules and MaxBet's standard settlement policy published in the sports section.
• MaxBet reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets or void settled bets where there is evidence of irregular activity, manipulation or errors in the odds feed.
• Winnings from settled sports bets are credited to your PKR account balance and are immediately available for withdrawal subject to standard account conditions.

09 Responsible Gaming

MaxBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gaming on this platform is intended as entertainment for adults. We provide tools and resources to help you manage your activity and stay in control of your spending.

• Set a personal PKR budget before each session and stick to it. Do not wager money that you cannot afford to lose.
• Use the session time reminders available in your account settings to monitor how long you have been playing.
• Review your play history and transaction records regularly via your account dashboard.
• If you feel your gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage, contact MaxBet support to request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place wagers. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly.
• MaxBet will not send promotional communications to players who are under self-exclusion.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

MaxBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Creation or use of duplicate accounts.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials or collusion with other players.
• Bonus abuse or any pattern of wagering that suggests deliberate exploitation of promotional terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Any activity that MaxBet reasonably believes may constitute a violation of applicable rules or may expose the platform or its players to risk.

Upon account closure for any of the above reasons, MaxBet reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Any funds determined to be legitimately owned by the player following investigation will be returned to the player's verified PKR payment method.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting MaxBet support. Any remaining real-money balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment channel.

11 Privacy and Data

MaxBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information for the purposes of account management, payment processing, security monitoring and responsible gaming compliance.

• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Payment details (JazzCash numbers, bank account information) are stored securely and used solely for transaction processing.
• MaxBet uses cookies and session data to improve platform performance and personalise your experience.

12 Limitation of Liability

MaxBet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure consistent uptime and smooth performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• MaxBet will not be liable for any loss of winnings, data or account access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor delays or device issues on the player's end.
• MaxBet's liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time of the event.
• We are not responsible for any third-party fees charged by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or any other payment provider in connection with transactions on MaxBet.
• MaxBet makes no representations or warranties regarding the tax treatment of winnings in any player's jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any personal tax obligations arising from their gaming activity.

13 Amendments to Terms

MaxBet reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their account email or an on-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the MaxBet platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
